The Heritage Retreat opened its doors in December 2004, owned by Jill Reed and Sarah Grey – both ladies fully experienced in the beauty industry. In June 2005, Samantha Naude joined the team of therapists at The Retreat.

The Heritage Retreat quickly developed a reputation for offering first-class, personalised treatments, a friendly and welcoming manner from all of the staff, and the place in Hillcrest to come and relax and unwind.

 

In 2012, Sarah decided to enjoy early retirement, and sold her part in the business to Jill and to Sam, and in 2014, Jill left The Retreat to be able to spend more time with her family, leaving this established Hillcrest favorite safely in Sam’s expert hands.

The Heritage Retreat comprises fully equipped treatment rooms, a steam shower, and a fully stocked retail area and reception. All rooms are tastefully decorated in neutral shades, appealing to both men and women.

All staff from the receptionist right through to the owner are continually involved in Dermalogica Training. Our therapists attend the Professional Beauty congresses and training lectures.

 

We offer a wide range of treatments for both men and women. Popular treatments include specialised Dermalogica skin treatments, Hot Stone Massage, Stress Release Massage, Shellac manicures and pedicures, and Guinot Hydradermie facials. Our half day packages are also very popular, and make a memorable gift. 

Gift vouchers are also available and we stock a full range of Dermalogica, Guinot, Environ, Mio and Mama Mio skin and body care products.
